"I absolutely LOVE this dress and it was ideal for a day at the horse races! I’m 5’1, 112 lbs, and size 4 fit me perfectly. It’s rather short, however I am too, so it worked well. I’m giving it 4 stars because the neck scarf became a pain as the day went on and was hard to get it to tie tight enough. There’s probably something that can be done (sewing on a button, snap, etc) to make it better if you’re skilled that way!"
