1. Promoter Information
The Peppermayo.com Taylor Swift Instagram Competition (the "Prize Draw") is organized by The Fashion Goat Pty Ltd (ABN 25 636 024 854), located at 2.01/63 Ann Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010, Australia ("Promoter").
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to residents of the UK, United States, and Australia who are 16 years or older. Entrants under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Employees of the Promoter or associated companies, their immediate family members, judges of the competition, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Entrants must not have won a prize in any competition run by the Promoter within the six months prior to the current Prize Draw period.
Internet access and a public, personal Instagram account are required.
Entrants must comply with Instagram’s terms and conditions.
3. Winner Selection and Contact
One winner will be randomly selected and announced on the @Peppermayo Instagram account.
Winners must provide their name, email address, proof of age, and other relevant details within 48 hours of being contacted.
If a winner fails to provide the necessary information within the specified time, the Promoter may choose an alternate winner.
4. Prize
The prize includes two passes to a private box for the Taylor Swift Eras Tour at Wembley Stadium on 20th August 2024, including food and drink.
£300 cash for hotel expenses and £300 Peppermayo credit.
Travel vouchers may be provided if necessary. Should the winner not require travel, the Promoter will not provide cash alternatives or a separate prize in lieu of or to the value of the travel.
The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
5. How to Enter
Follow the official Peppermayo Instagram and/or TikTok account.

Like the competition post and tag your favorite Swiftie in the comments (unlimited entries allowed).

Entries are valid from 5th July 2024 to 12th July 2024 at 11:59 PM AEST.

Winners will be announced in the comments section on 12th July 2024.

Late, third-party, or automated entries are not allowed.

Entrants must comply with any instructions from the Promoter. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
6. Winner Publicity

The Promoter reserves the right to publish the winner’s name and entry on social media and its website.

Winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity activities related to the competition.
7. Entry Requirements

Entries that are deemed unlawful, obscene, or offensive will be excluded.

The Promoter may cooperate with law enforcement authorities to disclose the identity of individuals violating these terms.

8. Use and Display of Entries

Entrants retain copyright of their submissions but grant the Promoter a license to use the content for promotional purposes.

Entrants waive any moral rights to their entries.
9. Liability

The Promoter is not responsible for any issues arising from the competition or prize, except in cases of death or personal injury caused by negligence.

The Promoter’s decisions are final and binding.
10. Complete Release of Instagram, Facebook & Tiktok

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or Tiktok.
11. General

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition if necessary.
