For reference I got a Size 0, I'm 5'1", 110lbs, and a 32A. It fit perfectly, just a bit long. I wore short heels with it and the dress only touched the floor a little bit. I wore nude undergarments because it was a little see through but was perfect otherwise!

This dress looks exactly as pictured, but was quite a bit more sheer than expected. Super lightweight and comfortable and got lots of compliments! Would recommend, but be sure to have nude underwear.
