    Horrible Shipping

    This is not a review on the product itself, I ordered these pants in the yellow color and two other pairs of shorts on March 21st (3 weeks ago exactly) and still have not received them. The shipping is described as taking 4-10 business days and it has now been 15 business days. Their customer service also is not very helpful, I reached out at least three different times over chat and simply had to “leave a message” and was told I would be emailed back. I was NOT emailed back until several days after I had sent a message for the third time. When I got a response, the agent said she would tell the warehouse to send my order asap. Why wouldn’t it already be meant to be sent out at a soon as possible? What were they waiting for? Needless to say I will not be ordering in the future and I would strongly suggest not to order from here if you are going on a trip or need the items in a timely manner, expect to wait at least a month to receive your order.
