I am about 115lbs and 5'1 & got a size US 0. I ended up getting it hemmed since it was a little long but other than that the fit was perfect!!! Keep in mind it is very very sheer all over except for the skirt. It was find with nude underwear tho lol. Overall super pretty and comfortable!!
